Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for applicants are as follows:

• Must be a non-Chinese citizen and in good health
• International students from China or Chinese university graduates are eligible to apply
• Must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and Zhengzhou University
• Excellent academic performance is required
• Must have proficiency in scientific research
• Applicants for a doctoral degree must have an outstanding academic record of a master’s degree (or equivalent) and be under 40 years of age (or 18 years for Pakistani applicants with a master’s degree)
• Chinese language proficiency: HSK4 or higher (score of 210 or more, valid for two years) or English language proficiency: IELTS (5.5 or higher) or TOEFL (80 or higher, valid for two years) or previous educational institutions’ English language proficiency certificates.
