Applications are now open for the Google Data Center Community AI Fellowship 2026, a fully funded international leadership and entrepreneurship program supported by Google Data Centers and delivered by the Watson Institute. The fellowship is designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, startup founders, and community innovators who use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology to solve real-world challenges in education, workforce development, digital inclusion, and economic mobility.

The program combines AI education, leadership development, personalized mentorship, venture support, and community engagement to help participants expand their impact and scale innovative solutions. Since the fellowship is delivered primarily online, participants can continue leading their organizations while completing the program.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Google Data Center Community AI Fellowship 2026, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Lead a business, nonprofit, social enterprise, or community initiative.
• Use AI or technology to solve community challenges.
• Demonstrate measurable impact or early project success.
• Have an active program, pilot project, prototype, or user base.
• Be available throughout the fellowship period.
• Commit to organizing a local Basecamp workshop.
• Live, work, or demonstrate measurable impact within an eligible Google Data Center community.
