Applications are now open for the Beijing Government Scholarship 2027 at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). Scholarship Benefits
The Beijing Government Scholarship is available under three funding categories.
Category A (Fully Funded)
Category A offers the highest level of financial support and may include:

Most newly admitted undergraduate, master’s, and non-degree international students are typically awarded Category C.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions before submitting an application.
General Eligibility
- Must be a non-Chinese citizen.
- Must be in good physical and mental health.
- Must satisfy the admission requirements of the selected programme.
- Should have a minimum average score of 80/100 or a GPA of 3.0.
- Must meet the age requirement for the chosen study level.

Selection Process

Important Information
Scholarship Categories
Although Category A provides full financial support, most newly admitted undergraduate, master’s, and non-degree applicants are usually considered for Category C.
CSCA Requirement
Applicants applying for undergraduate programmes must submit a valid China Scholastic Competence Assessment (CSCA) report.
Scholarship Duration
The scholarship is generally awarded for one academic year and is not automatically renewed. Students may need to meet renewal requirements for continued funding.
