About the MSc in Health Professions Education (MSc-HPE)
The MSc-HPE at UGHE is an 18-month blended program focused on building future leaders in healthcare education. It provides participants with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and evaluate innovative teaching programs that improve health systems across the continent.
This program combines academic rigor with practical learning through online and in-person modules at UGHE’s Butaro campus. Graduates emerge equipped to lead reforms in curriculum design, policy, and institutional development while promoting equity and innovation.
