Eligibility Criteria

Athletic Requirements

Candidates must have achieved at least one of the following between 2023 and 2025:

  • National Level 1 Athlete or above in Badminton, Tennis, or Swimming.
  • National Level 2 Athlete or above in all other eligible sports.
  • Top 8 finish in an international or national sports competition.
  • Top 6 finish in a provincial-level sports competition.

Special Requirement for Squash

Applicants applying through Squash are not required to submit a National Athlete Grade Certificate. However, they must still provide qualifying competition results.

Academic Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Take the 2026 National Higher Education Entrance Examination (Gaokao).
  • Meet all undergraduate admission requirements established by the University of Macau.
  • Submit all required admission documents before the application deadline.
