Can exchange students studying in Denmark apply for the Bevica Scholarship?

If you are officially enrolled at an eligible Danish higher education institution during the application period and meet all programme requirements, you may be eligible to apply.

Does my project need to be completed before I apply?

No. Applicants typically submit a well-developed project proposal outlining the objectives, methodology, and expected impact rather than a completed project.

Is the scholarship only for architecture and design students?

No. The programme welcomes applications from many disciplines, including engineering, AI, computer science, law, education, business, health sciences, and other fields related to Universal Design.

What makes a strong Universal Design project?

Projects that solve real accessibility challenges, demonstrate innovation, involve user-centered thinking, and create practical benefits for diverse communities are generally more competitive.

Is attending the information meeting mandatory?

No. The information session at the IT University of Copenhagen is optional, but attending can help applicants better understand the programme expectations and prepare a stronger application.
