The Carleton University Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS) 2027-2028 provide an excellent funding opportunity for outstanding graduate students pursuing master’s and PhD degrees in Canada. What the Scholarship Does Not Cover

Important Information for International Students

International applicants living outside Canada are generally not eligible to apply directly for this scholarship before beginning their studies in Ontario. Eligible international students must already be enrolled at an Ontario institution and hold a valid Canadian study permit before the application deadline.
