Scholarship Benefits

Selected scholars receive financial support throughout their degree program.

Monthly Living Allowance

  • Undergraduate Students: 100,000 yen per month
  • Master’s Students: 140,000 yen per month
  • Doctoral Students: 140,000 yen per month

Research students are not eligible for this scholarship.

Airfare Reimbursement

Recipients can receive reimbursement for the actual cost of an economy-class flight to Japan, up to 250,000 yen. The reimbursement is processed after the student arrives in Japan and begins their studies. Students who fail to arrive during the approved admission period will lose eligibility for this benefit.

Additional Support

Besides financial assistance, scholars become part of Japan’s Rotary network, where they receive mentorship, participate in cultural exchange activities, and build valuable professional connections.
